I’m Cheryl Harsch, massage practitioner (RMT), dedicated to patient-centered care by supporting and inspiring self-empowerment to be an active advocate for your own health and well-being, through massage and manual therapies, connecting your body awareness and educating prevention.

I believe this is a fundamental part of aiding you to achieve lasting results, maintain and improve your overall quality of life.

I have a foundation of a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities; and, I invest in my professional growth by taking continuing education, while developing and honing my skills including work as a Teacher's Assistant with Seminars For Health ~ Shaping the Future of Massage Therapy~.

Treatments are available for youth, teens, adults (including pre-natal), and seniors.

An introductory duration (up to 30 or 60 minutes) and rate for a youth's (=/<12yo) and teen's (=/<17yo) FIRST professional massage/manual therapy experience.

Notes: The youngest person I've massaged is 4yo. (I do not offer infant massage.) *Parent/guardian is welcome and encouraged to sit in the treatment room during the session.

Direct billing offered. All treatment fees include GST.
