**This treatment is for a youth's/teen's FIRST professional massage/manual therapy experience. Duration up to 30 minutes.** (NOTE: The youngest person I've massaged is 4yo. I do not offer infant massage.)

Parent/guardian is welcome and encouraged to sit in the treatment room during the session.

Massage/Manual Therapy for Youths & Teens (=/<17yo)

(Direct billing offered. All treatment fees include GST.)

YOUR body, YOUR treatment. Some RELAXATION and THERAPEUTIC techniques and modalities include, but are not limited to:

- Classic Swedish Massage
- Deep Tissue (Myofascial & Fascial)
- Dynamic Cupping (*Silicone and/or pump-style cups or a combination of are used in this application.)
- TMJ Dysfunction/Disorder (TMJD/TMD) (*Intra- and/or extra-oral treatment. Practitioner will wear latex-free disposable gloves during this application.)
- Trigger Point (TrP)
- Fascial / Facilitated Stretching (*Active and passive assisted stretching can be included before, during, and/or after a massage treatment. Wear or bring loose clothing.)

**For Pre- and post-natal massage, high-risk pregnancies must have clearance (a script/note) from their primary care provider to continue with treatment.
